Marguerite Skincare is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a comprehensive 30-day return policy for all products.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of original purchase date

- Unused or less than 50% consumed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Process

Customer service will:
- Review return request
- Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Provide specific return shipping instructions
Shipping Guidelines
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping method
- Include RMA number on return package
- Original packaging recommended
Refund Details
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after item inspection
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Full refund of product cost (excluding shipping)
Exclusions
- Returns requested after 30 days will be denied
- Damaged or excessively used products ineligible
- No refunds for opened/used products beyond 50%
Damage & Defects
- Inspect items upon receipt
- Report defects within 24 hours of delivery
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded at company discretion
